LAC 46:LXVII.30703. Exemptions to Prohibited Activities

A. It shall not be deemed a prohibited activity to: 1. provide an appraiser with a copy of the sales contract for a purchase transaction; or 2. request that an independent appraiser provide further substantiation, detail, or explanation for the appraiser’s value conclusion.
