LAC 46:LXVII.5519. Vendor Advertising

A. Advertising by estate education vendors shall not be false or misleading. B. Advertisements shall state that the vendor is certified by the Louisiana Real Estate Commission and shall include the vendor certification number. C. The commission may require a real estate education vendor to furnish proof of any advertising claims. The commission may order the retraction of advertising that violates the provisions of this Section. Such retractions shall be published in the same manner as the original claim and shall be paid for by the real estate education vendor.
