LAC 22:XI.1701. Right to File a Grievance

A. Any person may file a grievance under this procedure. However, no offender or parolee shall have the right to file a grievance against the board or committee members for the decisions enumerated in R.S. 15:574.11. B. A grievance must be based upon a violation of the on Louisiana Committee Parole rules and procedures, Department of Public Safety and Corrections regulations, or the Louisiana Revised Statutes. C. A person against whom a grievance is filed is entitled to be represented by counsel.
