LAC 22:XI.507. Business Meetings

A. The full committee shall meet as necessary when called by the chairman of the board. Additional meetings may be called a majority vote of the committee. B. The agenda for business meetings of the committee may include, but shall not be limited to, the following topics: 1. committee rules; 2. personnel matters; 3. litigation; and 4. any other matters the committee deems necessary. C. Business meetings should be audio recorded and copies of the audio recording and/or written minutes shall be available upon request. D. At business meetings, detailed minutes indicating time of commencement, persons present (including visitors and witnesses), adoption of previous minutes, motions and seconds, and time of adjournment shall be recorded and maintained by the committee staff member so designated by the chairman.
