LAC 46:LXXXV.1415. Refusal to Respond or Cooperate with the Board

A. If the person does not respond to the original inquiry within a reasonable period of time as requested by the board, a follow-up letter shall be sent to the person by certified mail, return receipt requested. B. If the person refuses to reply to the board's inquiry or otherwise cooperate with the board, the board shall continue its investigation. The board shall record the circumstances of the person's failure to cooperate and shall inform the person that the lack of cooperation may result in action which could eventually lead to the denial, revocation or suspension of his license, temporary permit or certification, or application for licensure, temporary permit or certification, or otherwise issue appropriate disciplinary sanction.
