LAC 46:LXXX.1709. Approved Institution of Higher Education (AIHE)

A. The ADRA shall develop policies and procedures for the approval and operation of an approved institution of higher education (AIHE). B. The designation of AIHE status is granted to the nearest renewal date one year after the request for AIHE status is approved provided a completed application is submitted to and approved by the ADRA. C. Registration as an AIHE status shall be renewed annually provided: 1. a completed renewal application is received prior to the expiration date; and 2. the AIHE shows continued compliance with all applicable ADRA guidelines, policies, and procedures.
