LAC 46:LXXX.303. Minimum Standards of Practice

A. The minimum standard of practice for addiction counselors and prevention professionals will be met if: 1. the individual has a valid and current credential issued or recognized by, and is in good standing with, the ADRA; 2. the individual adheres to the code of ethics as set forth in these rules; and 3. the individual practices within the scope of practice defined in the Act and in these rules.
