LAC 46:LXX.3201. General Qualifications

A. Applicant must be of good moral character. Evidence of a clear police record will be considered, but the board reserves the right to examine other sources of information as to the applicant's character. B. Applicant is and has been a voter of the state of Louisiana continuously for at least two years before December 31 of the year the application is submitted. C. Applicant must not have reached the age of forty prior to the first day of balloting on apprentices by the pilots. D. Applicant shall not have been convicted of a felony offense involving either drugs or the personal consumption of alcohol for 60 months prior to December 31st of the year the application is submitted.
