LAC 46:LX.3305. General Licensing Requirements

A. Each person desiring to obtain a license or provisional license as a practicing marriage and family therapist shall make application to the board upon such forms and completed in such manner as the board prescribes, accompanied by such fee prescribed. An applicant shall furnish evidence satisfactory to the board and the advisory committee that such person: 1. is of good moral character; 2. is not engaged or has not engaged in any practice or conduct that would be grounds for refusing to issue a license or provisional license; 3. is qualified for licensure or provisional licensure pursuant to the requirements provided for in this Subpart.
