A. The commission shall meet at its office in Baton Rouge, Louisiana on a date and time to be fixed by the commission. B. Special Meetings. Special meetings shall be held upon call of the chairman by notice given to the members of the Commission at least 48 hours prior to the time the meeting is to be held; such notice may be given by telephone, facsimile, electronic mail or U.S. Mail. C. A public comment period shall be held at or near the beginning of each board meeting. shall identify himself and the group, organization or company he represents, if any. There will be a maximum of 30 minutes per item for all public comments to be heard. Additional time can be allowed by the chairman as he deems reasonable.
