A. When the price of a vehicle is advertised, the following must be disclosed: 1. model year; 2. make; 3. model line and style or model designation; and 4. whether the vehicle is a used, demonstrator, or a factory executive/official vehicle. B. Expressions such as "fully equipped," "factory equipped," "loaded," and other such terms shall not be used in any advertisement that contains the price of a vehicle unless the optional equipment of the vehicle is listed in the advertisement. C. An illustration of a vehicle used in an advertisement must be substantially the same as that of the vehicle advertised.
