A. Upon the issuance of an order to show cause by the board, or upon the initiation of adjudication proceedings pursuant to a petition filed by any person in accordance with these rules, the board shall issue a notice in conformity with the provisions of R.S. 49:955. B. The hearing set by such notice shall be fixed not less than 20 days from the date of such notice.
