LAC 46:XI.327. Withholding [Formerly §339]

A. If a match is stopped by the commission, or its representative in charge, for infraction of the rules or for a violation of any law or ordinance, the promoter shall hold all box office receipts and remuneration for contestants for said match pending the decision of the commission. B. The commission may cause the promoter to hold the purse of any contestant who, through violation of the rules and regulations of this Chapter; and/or Title 4:61 et seq., affected or attempted to affect the outcome of any contest.
