LAC 46:XLIII.1108. Disciplinary Committee

A. There is hereby created a disciplinary committee to review all complaints filed with the board. B. The chairman of the board shall appoint the members of the disciplinary committee. C. All complaints filed with the board shall be reviewed by the disciplinary committee before submission to the board.
