LAC 46:XLIV.1405. Criminal History Record Information Requirement

A. As a condition for eligibility for the issuance of an initial license or the reinstatement of any license, an applicant must submit, along with the application, a criminal history record which has been obtained from the bureau or the FBI and has a certification date that is not more than six months prior to date of the license application. B. The application of an applicant who fails to comply with the requirements set forth in Subsection A of this Section shall be deemed incomplete and shall not be considered by the board unless and until such requirements have been satisfied.
