LAC 46:XLV.11139. Appeal of Recommended Decision

A. A respondent may appeal a recommended decision of the committee by giving written notice of intent to appeal to the board, the committee, and the investigating officers prior to the date on which such recommended decision would become final pursuant to §11137.A. B. Upon receipt of a notice of appeal, the committee shall promptly transmit to the board the entire hearing record. C. Following service of notice of appeal, on such date as may be designated by the board, the respondent and the investigating officers shall appear before the board, in person or through legal counsel and/or other representative, and shall be entitled to make such relevant representations and arguments as they deem appropriate.
