LAC 46:XLV.139. Licenses, Permits, and Examination

A. For processing an application for licensure as a podiatrist, a fee of $300 shall be payable to the board. B. For issuing a temporary permit, a fee of $100 shall be payable to the board. C. For registration for and taking of the oral examination administered by the board, a fee of $50 shall be payable to the board. D. When an applicant is required by these rules to take the oral examination administered by the board, the fee prescribed by §139.C shall be added to the applicable application processing fee.
