LAC 46:XLV.1979. Exceptions to Continuing Professional Education Requirements

A. The continuing professional education requirements prescribed by this Subchapter as requisite to renewal of licensure shall not be applicable to: 1. an occupational therapy practitioner who has held an initial Louisiana license on the basis of examination for a period of less than one year and who has completed the Laws & Rules course prior to first annual renewal.
