LAC 46:XLV.3723. Observance of Examination

A. The American College of Sports Medicine Examination may be observed by a representative appointed by the board. The representative is authorized and directed by the board to obtain positive photographic identification from all applicants for licensure appearing and properly registered for the examination and to observe that all applicants for licensure abide by the rules of conduct established by the American College of Sports Medicine. B. An applicant for licensure who appears for examination shall: 1. present to the board's representative proof of registration for the examination and positive personal photographic and other identification in the form prescribed by the board; and 2. fully and promptly comply with any and all rules, procedures, instructions, directions, or requests made or prescribed by the American College of Sports Medicine or its contract testing agency.
