LAC 46:XLV.3841. Issuance of License

A. If the qualifications, requirements and procedures prescribed or incorporated in Subchapters B and C of this Chapter are met to the satisfaction of the board, the board shall issue a license to the applicant to practice genetic counseling in this state. B. A license issued under this Chapter shall designate whether an applicant's practice includes those functions listed in §6021.B.1 of these rules and may be verified on the board’s web page.
