LAC 46:XLV.3933. Restriction, Limitations on Examinations

A. Applicants shall be required to authorize the PEP and the Professional Examination Service to release their testing scores to the board each time the applicant-examinee attempts the examination according to the procedures for such notification established by the PEP. B. An applicant having failed to attain a passing score upon taking the examination four times shall not thereafter be considered for licensure.
