LAC 46:XLV.3941. Renewal of License, Certificate

A. Every license or certificate issued by the board shall be renewed annually on or before the last day of June by submitting to the board a properly completed renewal application, in a format specified by the board, together with the renewal fee prescribed by Chapter 1 of these rules and documentation of: 1. satisfaction of the continuing professional education requirement prescribed by this Chapter; and 2. maintenance of basic life support. B. Possession of a current, unrestricted license to practice psychology duly issued by the LSBPE is a requirement for initial licensure as a medical psychologist under this Chapter but shall not be required by the board for license renewal.
