LAC 46:XLV.5901. Necessity of Certificate; Supervision Required

A. No person may perform or attempt to perform a diagnostic or therapeutic radiological examination or treatment or both in the private office of a physician or in a clinic in which a physician practices unless he has in his personal possession a certificate issued to him under Chapter 29 of these rules or is otherwise exempted from the requirement of such certificate pursuant to §2905.B or C. B. No person, not otherwise exempted under §2905.B of these rules, may perform or attempt to perform a diagnostic or therapeutic radiological examination or treatment or both in the private office of a physician or in a clinic in which a physician practices except under the direct supervision of a physician.
