LAC 46:XLV.6559. Other Reporting Requirements Unaffected

A. The reporting requirements imposed by this Subchapter do not relieve a registrant of any other reporting requirements imposed by existing state or federal laws or regulations. B. Any report required by this Subchapter which is also required to be made in substantially the same form and content to any other regulatory or law enforcement agency by state or federal law or regulations may be made by submitting to the board, within the time prescribed by this Subchapter, a photocopy or other duplicate of the reporting form submitted or to be submitted to any such state or federal agency.
