LAC 46:XLV.9927. Decisions; Notice

A. The final decision of the board in an adjudication proceeding shall, if adverse to the respondent, and otherwise may be, in writing, shall include findings of fact and conclusions of law, and shall be signed by the presiding officer of the hearing panel on behalf and in the name of the board. B. Upon issuance of a final decision, a certified copy thereof shall promptly be served upon respondent's counsel of record, or upon respondent personally in the absence of counsel, in the same manner of service prescribed with respect to service of complaints.
