A. In accordance with the stated purpose and required construction of this chapter, the board may provide information to licensees and applicants summarizing and simplifying this chapter; however, these informational materials will not supersede this Chapter. B. The board may also prepare and disseminate forms to assist complainants and respondents in the investigative and adjudicative process.
