A. As used within this Part, the following terms have the meanings provided herein. Black Bear Golf Course (course)―a public, 18-hole championship golf course and its associated property and facilities. Located adjacent to Poverty Point Reservoir in Richland Parish, Louisiana, the course is operated by the Louisiana Department of Culture, Recreation and Tourism, Office of State Parks. Director of Golf (Director)―under the direction of the manager of Poverty Point Reservoir State Park, the director is the top supervisor directly in charge of day-to-day management of the course. The director is responsible for enforcing all rules set forth in this Part and for enforcing all course policies and procedures.
