LAC 46:XXXIII.409. Term of License; Renewal

A. All nonrestricted licenses shall be renewed biennially and will expire on December 31 of each calendar year of the renewal period. License renewal notifications are to be mailed by the board to licensed dentists and dental hygienists at their last known mailing address as indicated in the board files. B. All restricted dental licenses shall expire annually on June 30. Restricted license renewal notifications are to be sent to the dentists’ employing dental school or facility.
