LAC 46:XXXIX.1101. Status

A. These bylaws being for the regulation of the practice of selling and fitting hearing aids and the protection of the hearing handicapped public, the provisions hereby are declared to be separable and the invalidity of any rules, Clause, sentence, Paragraph, or Section hereof shall not affect the validity of the remainder thereof. B. Any of the above requirements and regulations are subject to change at any time at the will of the majority of the board.
