LAC 46:XXXI.703. Salons Located in Buildings Housing Other Facilities

A. Separate Room. No salon shall be established or maintained in a home or in connection with a business where food is handled unless a separate room is provided therefore. B. Home Salon. Any salon in a home or in connection with a place where food is handled shall be separated from the living quarters or place where food is handled by walls or other permanent structures. There shall be separate outside entrances leading to the salon and to the living quarters or any place where food is handled.
