LAC 25:IX.315. Amplified Sound Equipment

A. No person shall play amplified musical instruments except when approved by the assistant secretary or his designee. B. No person shall play non-amplified musical instruments, radios, televisions, tape players and similar equipment in a manner that disturbs other visitors. C. No person shall use any public address system, whether fixed, portable, or vehicle-mounted, without prior approval of the assistant secretary or his designee. D. Remote public broadcast activities must be approved by the assistant secretary or his designee.
