LAC 46:XXXVII.2303. Penalty

A. Whoever violates the provisions of these rules and regulations shall be fined not less than $500 nor more than $2,500 for each offense, plus costs of the hearing and the attorney for the board. B. If a firm or association violates the provisions of these rules and regulations, all members of the firm or association who knowingly violate said provisions shall be subject to the penalty. If a corporation violates said provisions, the members of the corporation who knowingly violate said provisions shall be subject to the penalty.
