LAC 48:I.16109. Payment Guidelines

A. The amount of the flexible family fund shall be $258 monthly to families of eligible children with severe disabilities to assist them in keeping their child at home; families may be asked to complete a survey periodically indicating how the flexible family funds are used to assist in keeping their child at home. B. The termination date for a child attaining age 18 years shall be the last day of the birthday month. C. If for any reason a recipient receives excess flexible family funds, the agency may follow-up with recoupment of funds.
