LAC 48:I.9881. Delivery of Services

A. Rehabilitative services, when provided in the nursing facility, shall be delivered in a safe and accessible area. Rehabilitation services shall be provided under the written order of the resident's attending physician. These services shall be provided by appropriately credentialed individuals. B. Specialized services shall be specified in the resident’s plan of care. The nursing facility shall verify that the resident is receiving the specialized services as determined by the level II authority.
