LAC 48:V.7315. Limited Certificates

A. Only those limited certificates issued prior to the effective date of these Rules, in compliance with R.S. 40:1141-1152 remain valid, and shall remain valid only for the system in which the operator was previously employed and for the conditions of operations and duties involved on the original effective date of this Rule. B. Limited certificates shall be renewable upon application provided the requirements for renewal without reexamination for certificates of even grade are satisfied. C. Persons granted limited certificates and renewals of limited certificates shall pay the same fees as are fixed for mandatory certificates of like grade.
