A. Evaluations. Evaluations to determine technical, managerial, and financial capacity will be conducted in accordance with a developed strategy prepared by the department in partnership with concerned parties and for which approval has been given by USEPA. B. Coordination. Implementation of the strategy will be coordinated between the Department staff and contracting parties.
