LAC 48:V.8027. Fees

A. Owners of laboratories applying for certification or renewal of certification shall submit the appropriate fee obtained from the annual fee schedule below along with the required application materials. Fees are nonrefundable. Annual Laboratory Certification Fee Schedule Chemistry Category/Categories | Fee Inorganic | $750 Organic | $800 Both Inorganic and Organic | $1000 Radiological Testing | $800 B. The annual fees shall not be prorated and shall apply in full to any portion of the calendar year which remains prior to the annual renewal date. C. This Section is also applicable to laboratories approved for interim certification.
