A. The board will meet at least three times per calendar year, with notices being mailed 30 days prior to the meeting. Emergency meetings may be held upon 24 hours actual notice and business may be transacted, provided that not less than a majority of the full board concurs in the proposed action. B. Six members shall constitute a quorum for the transaction of business; however, no board action shall be taken by a vote of less than a majority of the full board. The chairman shall vote only when it would affect the outcome. C. The board shall meet at a convenient place selected by the chairman.
