LAC 48:XI.2103. Bonds Required

A. All educational institutions receiving bodies under provisions of this part shall give a bond, in a form approved by the Attorney General, in favor of the bureau and in the amount of $1,000, conditioned that the bodies received by them shall be used for the promotion or application of anatomical knowledge or science. B. The bureau shall also furnish a bond of $1,000 in favor of the secretary of state subject to the same conditions and stipulations.
