LAC 4:I.511. Post Award Activity

A. All files shall be maintained by the appropriate committee for a period of three years after closure in accordance with R.S. 44:36. Suggesters may request to review these records. All scoring tabulations on which an award recommendation is based shall be maintained in the file. B. After the file is closed the suggester will not be entitled to any further consideration for that suggestion.
