LAC 10:XIX.303. Administration

A. The central registry will be administered by the secretary of state and operated by the Uniform Commercial Code Division of the office. Any notices, petitions, documents, or other correspondence shall be addressed to the: Louisiana Secretary of State Uniform Commercial Code Division Central Registry P.O. Box 94125, Baton Rouge, LA 70804-9125 B. Filings and encumbrance certificates will be administered by the filing officers as discussed in §§307, 309, and 317 herein. Addresses and phone numbers for the 64 filing officers are set forth in §325 herein.
