LAC 50:I.4407. Imposition of Sanction(s)

A. The imposition of non-mandatory sanction(s) shall be at the discretion of the PIU section chief with the concurrence of the BHSF director. The imposition of one sanction does not preclude the imposition of another sanction for the same or different violations. B. At the discretion of the BHSF director and the PIU section chief: 1. one or more sanctions may be assessed on each violation; 2. multiple violations may be combined into a single violation; or 3. any combination of the above may be imposed.
