A. Effective for dates of service on or after September 20, 2021, the Medicaid Program shall provide reimbursement to acute care hospitals for COVID-19 laboratory testing provided to inpatients. B. Reimbursement. Hospitals shall be reimbursed for such testing in addition to the hospital per diem payment for the inpatient hospital stay.
