LAC 50:XV.9521. General Provisions

A. General provisions shall be followed in accordance with §9501. B. Early and periodic screening, diagnosis and treatment personal care services must be prescribed by a licensed practitioner within the scope of their practice initially and every 180 days thereafter (or rolling six months) and when changes in the plan of care occur. C. Local education agency responsibilities shall be followed in accordance with §9507.
