LAC 50:XXII.5301. Fair Hearings and Appeals

A. There are no provisions under this demonstration waiver for fair hearings for those individuals who have received medical services or supplies and do not have insurance coverage or any other source of payment. B. There are no provisions under this demonstration waiver for appeals for health care providers who have incurred costs associated with the provision of the uncompensated care.
