LAC 50:XXXI.108. Termination of Services
Cite as La. Admin. Code tit. 50, pt. XXXI, § 108
A. RMA benefits shall terminate upon the earliest of the following:
1. the individual’s eligibility period expires;
2. the individual enrolls in Medicaid or SCHIP;
3. termination of ORR eligible immigration status; or
4. relocation from the state of Louisiana.
