LAC 28:CLXI.905. Change in License Type

A. To change license type, an early learning center shall submit a written request to change its license type and a $25 change fee using the department’s online electronic system. B. Upon receipt of the written request and fee, and verification of substantial compliance with the applicable licensing regulations, the department shall issue a replacement license of the new type to the center and the center shall surrender its existing license to the department.
