LAC 51:XII.129. Building Layout

A. Building layout shall be designed to provide for: 1. adequate ventilation; 2. adequate lighting; 3. adequate heating; 4. adequate drainage; 5. dehumidification equipment, if necessary; 6. accessibility of equipment for operation, servicing, and removal; 7. flexibility of operation; 8. operator safety; 9. convenience of operation; and 10. if rooms are used for chemical storage and feed equipment use of a separate room to reduce hazards and dust problems.
