LAC 51:XIX.311. Radiation Controls [formerly paragraph 19:027]

A. All equipment and handled materials providing a source of radiation and disposal of radioactive waste shall be shielded as required by the Nuclear Division of DNR office of Environmental Affairs. All radiation equipment operators shall be provided with the proper clothing and equipped with an approved radiation monitoring device. Certificates of registration shall be obtained from DNR's Nuclear Control Board and available for review. B.
