LAC 28:CLXV.512. Redetermination of Household Certification for Non-Categorically Eligible Households

A. A redetermination of eligibility for child care services shall be made prior to the expiration of certification period, but no sooner than 12 months following the initial determination or most recent redetermination. B. The LDOE will allow a presumptive eligibility period of up to 30 days on redetermination cases, following the recertification anniversary date, which is the deadline for redetermination application. C. A redetermination application received after the 30 days of the presumptive eligibility period will be considered a new application.
